  1. The use of QECC equipment, supplies and other materials is limited to the QECC personnel unless approved in writing by the Center.
  2. QECC personnel must perform the movement of all centers’ furniture and equipment.
  3. Decorations, signs and other utilities must approve by the QECC.  The QECC does not permit taped, staple and nailed decorations.  The use of stickers at the center is prohibited.
  4. The QECC allows the use of banners.  The QECC personnel will inform you on how, what, where and when to allocate a banners.  
  5. Holes may not be made or drilled, cored or punched into any interior or exterior QECC premises.
  6. QECC lighting, air conditioning and extended parking services will be provided as required during show hours. A fee could be charge.  See Policies. **
  7. The use of confetti is not permitted in the QECC without prior authorization.  
  8. Candles are not permitted at any QECC activity.
  9. The sale or distribution of novelty merchandise is prohibited without prior authorizations and must be distributed from locations approved by QECC personnel and Centro Internacional de Mercadeo (CIM) authorization.
  10. Animals are not permitted in any QECC premises.  Service animals are allowed and the owner must present copies of vaccination certificate, health certificate, municipal license and a certificate license trainer.
  11. All QECC utilities (technological, kitchenette, bathrooms) are property of the center.  Improper use of the utilities without prior authorization may result in cost repairs, damages, etc..
  12. The QECC prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverage at any time.  If the contractors requires the services of alcoholic beverage it must have prior authorization of QECC staff.
  13. Unless prior approval is granted, no one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibit floor.

Kitchenette Precautions

  1. In case your proposal includes the Kitchenette service.  Please refer to management for proper orientation.

Exhibit and registration floor plan approval

  1. Prior to the assignment of any exhibit space, Licensee shall submit a copy of the suggested floor plan.  
  2. The proposed floor plan submitted for approval must include the following:
    1. Show title, contracted dates
    2. Booth configurations drawn to scale, including base dimensions, heights and locations.
    3. Aisle locations and dimensions.
    4. Dimensions of registration areas, lounge areas, entertainment areas, etc.
  3. Any necessary changes in proposed floor plan will be forwarded to Licensee by QECC.

Security

  1. Any security services are licensee responsibility.

Food and Beverage

  1. The space that will be used for storage, preparation of products to serve must be approved in writing by the QECC.

QECC Booking Policies

First Option
If a prospective client does not confirm the requested date five days before the activity, the QECC reserves the right to reserve the date for another client.

Tentative
The QECC holds a date and space based on a written proposal request.  The prospective client may cancel the written proposal request without penalty.

Confirmed
The QECC holds on space through the execution of an agreement and receipt of deposit.
